1. General Provisions

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited to your jil96 balance within five (5) to sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO) may take fifteen (15) minutes to sixty (60) minutes to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of your banking institution. 7-Eleven OTC deposits may take up to two (2) hours to be credited during peak periods.

4.3 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: including use of stolen payment methods, unauthorized use of another person's account, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering: using jil96 to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Use of automated tools: including bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any software designed to interact with jil96 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage betting: systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies in the sportsbook for guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jil96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited activity, fraudulent conduct, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Compliance requirements under applicable Philippine law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination for cause, jil96 may, at its discretion, withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals in the terminated account.
